I'm Steph Koch-Yang. Over the past decade, I've worked across different stages of the tech company lifecycle — from founder-led startups to pre-IPO scale-ups and large publicly-listed organisations.

Today, I run a global financial services organisation. Along the way, I've spent a lot of time thinking about how companies scale: where speed gets lost, how incentives shape behaviour, and why execution becomes harder as organisations grow.
